انتخبت الجمعية العمومية للهلال الأحمر الليبي مرعي الدرسي أميناً عاماً للهلال الأحمر الليبي لولاية ثانية، بالإضافة إلى رئاسة عمر جعودة للجمعية العمومية، ومنصور والي نائباً له.
وحضر مراسم الاجتماع الخاص بالجمعية، للعام الجاري، والذي عقد بمدينة بنغازي عدد 37 عضو جمعية عمومية ممثلين عن فروع الجمعية من أصل 38 فرع لتعذر حضور فرع الخمس، بالإضافة إلى حضور مدراء فروع الجمعية و مجموعة من مسؤولى الإدارات بالأمانة العامة ورئيس بعثة الاتحاد الدولي لجمعيات الهلال و الصليب الأحمر وممثل عن بعثة اللجنة الدولية مكتب بنغازي وحكماء واعيان عن مدينة بنغازي .
