الأمين العام يناقش تعزيز التنسيق الدولي في المجال الإنساني مع قيادات الجمعيات الدولية في القاهرة

ترأس السيد الأمين العام ” مرعي الدرسي ” وفد جمعية الهلال الأحمر في مؤتمر القيادة الإنسانية لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا الذي يستضيفه الهلال الأحمر المصري بالقاهرة تحت شعار (رؤية لمستقبل أفضل) .

ويهدف المؤتمر الذي حضره رئيس الإتحاد الدولي السيد ” فرانسيسكو روكا ” إلى تسليط الضوء على الأولويات الإنسانية والتحديات الرئيسية ، بالإضافة لمناقشة تعزيز التنسيق الدولي والإقليمي .

واتفق الجميع على دعم المتطوعين وتعزيز قدرات الجمعيات الوطنية للتطوير ورفع الكفاءة في مواجهة التحديات الإنسانية ، بالإضافة واستمرار التشاور والتنسيق وذلك بحضور قادة الجمعيات الوطنية بأفريقيا و أوروبا وممثلين عن وكالات الأمم المتحدة والحكومة المصرية .

The S.G Marei AlDressi, headed the delegation of the LRC in the Humanitarian Leadership Conference for the Middle East and North Africa region, hosted by the Egyptian Red Crescent in Cairo, under the slogan (Vision for a Better Future).

The conference, which was attended by the President of the IFRC, Mr. Francisco Roca, aims to shed light on the humanitarian priorities and main challenges, in addition to discussing the strengthening of international and regional coordination.

All agreed to support volunteers and enhance the capacities of National Societies to develop and raise efficiency in facing humanitarian challenges, in addition to continuing consultation and coordination, in the presence of leaders of NS in Africa and Europe, representatives of UN agencies and the Egyptian government
