وجه الأمين العام لجمعية الهلال الأحمر الليبي السيد مرعي عبدالحميد الدرسي رسالة شكر إلى القائد العام للحركة العامة للكشافة والمرشدات الدكتور فرج محمد بن سليم عبر فيه عن شكره وتقديره على ما وجده من حفاوة استقبال وكرم ضيافة أثناء لقائه به وعدد من أعضاء القيادة العامة خلال الأسبوع الماضي ، مؤكداً أن تكريمه يعتبر وسام شرف له ولكل منتسبي ومتطوعي جمعية الهلال الأحمر الليبي .
وأعرب الأمين العام السيد ” مرعي الدرسي ” في رسالته على عمق التعاون الأخوي بين المؤسستين مؤكداً على تشكيل لجنة مشتركة للبدء في وضع إطار عام للتعاون .
