استقبل الأمين العام للهلال الأحمر الليبي السيد ” مرعي الدرسي ” رئيس مجلس إدارة مفوضية المجتمع المدني المستشارة ” بريكة بالتمر ” وذلك لتنظيم الية تعاون مشتركة بين الطرفين للاستجابة الانسانية في كافة الأراضي الليبية متمثلة في فروع الجمعية، إضافةً الى التمهيد لتوقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين الهلال الأحمر الليبي ومفوضية المجتمع المدني.
