رئيس الجمعية ” عمر جعودة ” و الأمين العام ” مرعي الدرسي ” يبحثان سبل التنسيق لاجتماع الهيئة العامة ومدراء الفروع

اجتمع رئيس الجمعية السيد ” عمر جعودة ” ونائب الرئيس السيد ” مفتاح ضو ” بحضور الأمين العام للهلال الأحمر السيد ” مرعى الدرسى ” وذلك حول تنسيق اجتماع الهيئة العامة العادي واجتماع مدراء الفروع، حيث تم الاتفاق على الاتي:

– بدء الأمانة العامة في الإجراءات اللوجستية للاجتماع واتخاذ الإجراءات الاحترازية لجائحة كوفيد 19

– التنسيق بين رئيس الجمعية ونائب الرئيس فى اختيار المكان وبنود الاجتماع

– تنفيذاً لقرار الجمعية العمومية لسنة 2019 لمنح وسام العمل التطوعي لاحد متطوعي الجمعية وذلك عن طريق مكتب الشباب والمرأة وبالترشيح عن طريق الفروع.

كما تم الاتفاق على تاريخ الاجتماع ليكون في المنتصف الثاني من شهر شوال ” مايو “

The Chairman of the Association, Mr. Omar Jaouda, and the Vice President, Mr. Moftah Dhao, met in the presence of the Secretary General of the Red Crescent, Mr. Marie Al-Dressi, regarding the coordination of the regular general assembly meeting and the meeting of the branch managers, where it was agreed on the following:

– The General Secretariat starts logistical measures for the meeting and takes precautionary measures for the Covid 19 pandemic

Coordination between the president of the association and the vice president in choosing the venue and the meeting items

– In implementation of the decision of the General Assembly for the year 2019 to award the Volunteer Work Medal to one of the volunteers of the Association, through the Youth and Women Office, and by nomination through the branches.

It was also agreed that the date of the meeting would be in the second middle of the month of Shawwal, “May”.
