إعلام الهلال الأحمر الليبي يناقش مع إعلام اللجنة الدولية للصليب الهلال الأحمر رفع كفاءة إعلام الفروع

لقاء مشترك ضمّ مدير مكتب الإعلام و التواصل بالأمانة العامة و مدير مكتب الإعلام باللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في زيارته الاولى بمقر الأمانة العامة في بنغازي ، تم من خلالها مناقشة الخطوات القادمة الخاصة برفع كفاءة المتطوعين في المكاتب الإعلامية بفروع الجمعية و التعاون على وضع سياسة خاصة بالمكتب الإعلامي
