شرعت اللجنة المشكلة بقرار من الأمين العام السيد “مرعي الدرسي” ، بفتح المظاريف المقدمة من الشركات المتخصصة بتركيب وتوريد منظومات مالية .حيث تجرى عملية تقييم كاملة للعروض المقدمة ، للاختيار منها و تبليغ الشركات بالنتائج النهائية ، وذلك ضمن مشروع التطوير المالي بالشراكة مع اللجنة الدولية و الصليب النرويجي .
