عبر السيد ” محمد بالتمر “مدير مصلحة الاحوال المدنية عن شكره لدور جمعية الهلال الاحمر و الجهود المبذولة من المتطوعين في كافة الميادين لتحقيق الاستجابة الانسانية ، كما تم بحث سبل التعاون المشترك في مجال التوعية و التدريب و الرعاية الصحية ، و من جانبه اشاد الامين العام بالشكر و التقدير للسيد بالتمر على الدعم و التعاون لتعزيز العمل الانساني .
