في إطار خطة الأمانه العامة لجمعية الهلال الأحمر الليبي ولأهمية الاستقرار ، من أجل تنفيذ سياسات استراتيجية التى تهدف الى تطوير عمل الجمعيه , فقد أتخذ السيد : رئيس مجلس الإدارة قراراً بضرورة الشروع بصيانة مقر الأمانه العامة الرئيسي الذى تعرض لإضرار جسيمة , وقد تم تكليف مكتب هندسي بترميم الإضرار واجراء تعديلات جوهريه على أن تشمل التعديلات تصاميم حديثه وشكلاً مميزاً بالإضافه إلى تخطيط المكاتب والمرافق وقاعات الاجتماعات وإضافة جانب يخصص الى عرض أنشطة الجمعية , وعرض المسيرة التاريخيه للجمعية منذ تأسيسها سنة 1957 , وعلى أن يبداء الشروع في تنفيذ هذا الانجاز مع بداية العام القادم .
