استجاب متطوعي الهلال الاحمر الليبي فرع غات لنداء أهالي منطقة تهالا وذلك بتقديم المساعدة للمتضررين من الأمطار الغزيرة والسيول الناتج عنها محاصرة بعض السكان في بيوتهم لساعات إلى جانب تضرر أسقف بعض المنازل في احد أحياء المنطقة .
