تم القيام بأولى الخطوات للبدأ في العمل على رسم خطة استراتيجية عمل الهلال الأحمر الليبي وتوضح الرؤيه لمستقبل العمل الإنساني للجمعية في ليبيا، من أجل بناء قدرات الجمعية وتقويه القدرات على الاستجابة الفعالة للطوارئ والكوارث والأزمات، ومساعدة المحتاجين والمستضعفين على أكمل وجه. تأتي هذه الورشة التى استمرت لمده 4 ايام بالعاصمة التونسية و بدعم من اللجنة الدوليه للصليب الأحمر والاتحاد الدولي للصليب الأحمر والهلال الأحمر لمساعدة الهلال الأحمر الليبي للوصول الى خطة استراتيجية واضح للسنوات القادمة، ضمت خيارات من جميع فئات الجمعية من مدراء فروع ومتطوعين وموظفين ومدراء إدارات بالأمانة العامة .
